Do I need a gym membership?

No! The workouts can be done at home or in the gym. I provide modifications based on your equipment and fitness level. If you have dumbbells, resistance bands, or a gym membership, you can maximize your results—but you can still see progress with bodyweight training.

What kind of meals will I be eating?

This challenge focuses on real, nourishing meals—not extreme dieting! You’ll get a flexible meal plan with healthy, easy-to-follow recipes, plus a Trader Joe’s-approved snack list. The focus is on fueling your body for performance and fat loss while keeping food enjoyable and sustainable.

How much time do I need to commit each day?

What if I have dietary restrictions?
