A custom fitness plan is a personalized workout and nutrition program designed specifically for your goals, fitness level, lifestyle, and equipment availability. After filling out my evaluation form, I create a tailored plan to help you get real, sustainable results—whether you train at home or in the gym.

How does the process work?

  1. Step 1: Fill out my evaluation form – This helps me understand your goals, experience level, equipment, limitations, and preferences.
  2. Step 2: I design a customized workout program based on your needs (home or gym).
  3. Step 3: You receive your plan, along with a nutrition guide, accountability strategies, and progress tracking tools.
  4. Step 4: You start training, and I provide support and adjustments as needed!

Do I need a gym membership?

No! I create plans for both gym and home training. If you have dumbbells, bands, or other equipment, I’ll incorporate them. If you have no equipment, I’ll design a bodyweight-based plan that still delivers results.

How long do the workouts take?

Your workouts will be designed to fit your schedule, but most sessions are 30-60 minutes, depending on your goals and availability.

How do I track my progress?

You’ll receive tools to track:

  • Body measurements (if weight loss or muscle gain is a goal)
  • Strength & performance improvements
  • Progress photos (optional, but great for motivation!)
  • Mindset & habit shifts

I also provide check-ins and adjustments to keep you progressing!

Can my plan be adjusted if I need changes?

Absolutely! Life happens, and I want your plan to work for you. If you need modifications for injuries, schedule changes, or different goals, I’ll adjust your plan accordingly.

How long do I have access to my custom plan?

Your plan is yours to keep! You can continue using it as long as you’d like, and if you need ongoing support or a new phase of training, I offer follow-up coaching options.

How do I get started?

Simply fill out the evaluation form, and I’ll start creating your personalized fitness plan. Once completed, I’ll send everything you need to start your transformation!
