Hi, I’m Sherri, founder of Lady Queen—but my journey didn’t start in a place of confidence or strength. It began with struggle, self-doubt, and a battle with food and body image.
As a teenager, I struggled with an eating disorder, constantly chasing an unrealistic idea of perfection. My relationship with food and fitness was built on extremes—until I finally decided to break free.
Fast forward to motherhood—after two pregnancies, my body had changed, and I found myself 80 pounds overweight. I knew I had two choices: stay stuck in a cycle of frustration, or take control of my health once and for all. I chose transformation. Through smart nutrition, weight training, and a powerful mindset shift, I not only lost the weight—I became stronger than ever.

This journey led me to competitive bodybuilding, where I pushed my body and mind beyond what I ever thought possible, eventually earning my place as a professional competitor. But beyond the trophies and competitions, the real reward has been mentoring women just like you—women who want to regain their confidence, feel strong in their bodies, and create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

That’s why I started Lady Queen—to give mid-life women the tools to transform, without the extremes I once faced. My programs focus on balance, strength, and real-life solutions that fit your lifestyle.

As a mom to two beautiful girls, I want to show them—and all women—that health isn’t about deprivation or perfection. It’s about empowerment, self-love, and stepping into the best version of yourself.

Sustainable success isn’t about perfection—it’s about balance. I believe in the 80/20 lifestyle: 80% nutritious eating and staying active, and 20% enjoying life—whether that’s indulging in food, traveling, or simply relaxing. It’s about mastering moderation and creating a life that works for you.
